Flexible path maintenance
With a working capacity of approx. 2,000 m² per hour, the HK Gralisator delivers high efficiency with simple operation. This makes it possible to carry out maintenance even on heavily used path surfaces “just in between other jobs”.
Hardox blades
Thanks to robust Hardox wear parts,the U-shaped frame, and the integrated roller, holes and uneven areas are immediately filled, levelled, and compacted. This creates a smooth, stable, and durable surface in a single pass. By reusing existing material, the need for new material is greatly reduced, saving both costs and resources.
With optional features such as an adjustable crown profile, mechanical weed control, side shift, and a ripper bar for compacted surfaces, the Planierhobel is widely applicable for municipalities, contractors, and land managers.

Ripper bar
The optional ripper bar, which can be equipped with chisels, provides loosening of strongly compacted path surfaces. Existing material is thus reworked and reinstalled and inserted into the levelling area where it is missing. In this way of working, the existing road construction material is minimally reduced.
Creating and maintaining the crown profile
The body of the Gralisator, which can be rotated around the longitudinal axis, and the spreading blade, which is set at an angle to the direction of travel, make it possible to create an accurate crown profile for rapid surface water drainage.
Mechanical weed control
The levelling surface can do on water-bound road surfaces what hot water, steam, infrared and the like cannot: Sustainable, effective weed control without long set-up times and without the use of chemicals!
Side adjustment (option PH Profi)
With the mechanical side adjustment (option PH Profi), you can run the levelling plough to the right of the tractor and work very close to the edge of the path without damaging curbstones or grave edges.
Distribution coulter
The divisible Hardox distribution coulter is hooked into the U-shaped frame at an angle to the direction of travel and moves the material to the centre of the path, creating a crown profile.

Crane Gralisator
The HK Crane Gralisator makes leveling and slope work simple, fast, and without material loss at the sides. Thanks to the distribution blade and the ripper bar, the Gralisator is also ideal for road construction. The following compaction roller ensures static compaction of the material and presses it firmly during slope work.

Initial situation
The walking paths in this park in the city center can only be maintained sporadically due to a lack of time and personnel. Weeds grow on the paths, and surface water cannot drain to the sides. As a result of inadequate rainwater drainage, puddles, erosion, and clogging of the surface occur.
The restoration
- Weeds mechanically removed with the leveling blade and deposited in the side section
- Original width of the path restored
- Existing surface layer leveled
- Washouts and puddles removed
- Holes filled and water permeability restored
The new structure
- New covering material spread on the path
- Material moved with the leveling blade and distributed across the path
- Camber profile created for water drainage
- Surface statically compacted with the roller of the leveling blade
