The Teufl T-1500 is a hydraulically driven brush unit for cleaning wildlife fences, guardrails, and noise barriers. The machine was developed for removing vegetation, climbing plants, and deposits along infrastructure, with work performed from a tool carrier.
Working principle
The T-1500 operates with a hydraulically driven rotating brush that removes vegetation and dirt from fences and structures. The structure is equipped with a guide element that leads the brush along the fence, thereby supporting uniform operation along the entire length of the structure. The drive is fully hydraulic and requires no electrical connections. The system is designed for continuous operation within a hydraulic flow rate of approximately 75 l/min and an operating pressure of 140–200 bar.
Dankzij het lage gewicht en de snelwisselbevestiging kan het hydraulische liersysteem snel en eenvoudig op diverse uitrustingsstukken worden gemonteerd.
De radiografische afstandsbediening maakt een comfortabele en veilige bediening van de SAPI-lier op afstand mogelijk, biedt meer bewegingsvrijheid en vergemakkelijkt precisiewerk bij het uitslepen van hout.
De 360° draaibare propellerrol zorgt voor een optimale touwgeleiding in elke werkpositie.
De kabeltrommel is afgeschermd door een robuuste beschermkooi. Het geïntegreerde motorbevestigingsblok beperkt de aandrijfkracht bij het afwikkelen van de kabel, wat zorgt voor een gecontroleerde, soepele afgifte zonder abrupte stops.
