The Teufl T-1500 is a hydraulically driven brush unit for cleaning wildlife fences, guardrails, and noise barriers. The machine was developed for removing vegetation, climbing plants, and deposits along infrastructure, with work performed from a tool carrier.
Working principle
The T-1500 operates with a hydraulically driven rotating brush that removes vegetation and dirt from fences and structures. The structure is equipped with a guide element that leads the brush along the fence, thereby supporting uniform operation along the entire length of the structure. The drive is fully hydraulic and requires no electrical connections. The system is designed for continuous operation within a hydraulic flow rate of approximately 75 l/min and an operating pressure of 140–200 bar.
The brush unit consists of a robust frame with integrated protection against material kickback. The machine is equipped with a hydraulic shock valve to protect the hydraulic system and the carrier. Mounting is done via a standard 4-point bolt pattern, making the T-1500 compatible with various implement carriers such as tractors, excavators, shovels, and implement carriers like Wille.
