The Truxor T50E is the most powerful machine in the T-series, equipped with a common rail diesel engine. This meets the highest environmental standards, EU Stage V. Wellink also offers the option to equip the Truxor with self-developed Solver attachments. Solver, Modular Equipment Solutions, engineers technical solutions for tool carriers from our sales program with CE certification. The DoroCutter D-series is the perfect solution for cutting common reed in most water environments. The cutting knob is hydraulically operated and is easy to attach to the Truxor’s quick coupling.
With working widths of 2.2, 3, and 4 meters, it can work at depths of up to 2.7 meters with special telescoping.
The Doro-Cutter ESM 20, ESM 30, ESM 40, and ESM 50 are front mowers with double-acting ESM-Biduxx blades. These blades are more efficient and have a higher cutting capacity than single-acting blades.
The Doro-Cutter ESM 20 is recommended for depths of less than 50 cm. The working width is 2.1 meters.
The Doro-Cutter ESM 30 is a front mower with center drive for wetlands and groundwater. The double-acting Busati blades have a larger gap between the blades, enabling them to cut thicker material, up to about 2 cm.
The Doro-Cutter ESM 40 is equipped with obstacle protection that prevents the blades from jamming when they come into contact with solid objects. The mower also has a hydraulic side arm with an adjustable extension for a larger reach. The working width is 1.4 meters.
The Doro-Cutter ESM 50 is a mowing and collection system and can be used up to about 80 cm deep. The working width is 2.1 meters.
The collection harrow gathers and removes the material. The side elements are foldable. The working width is 3.5 meters. Perforated plates can be attached to collect waste, algae, oil-absorbers, or other small materials.
This flexible grab can be used for a variety of applications, such as removing sand, plants, trees, plastic, algae, or similar. It is especially useful for working in shallow water and near the shore.
The DoroGrip can be mounted on the front lift, the Doro E-Digger, or a special arm.
The DoroMiller (soil mill) used for working on marshlands and bank strips is available in three different working widths. The rotors are interchangeable and are mounted on and powered by the hydraulic drive.
The drive unit is mounted on the lifting device. It is particularly suitable for use in waterlogged areas with organic material. The rotors are not included in the standard delivery and can be ordered as an extra option.
Different tools are mounted on the Doro-E-Digger or crane arm. The arm is made from high-quality steel and has brackets for mounting the dredge suction hose and other hydraulic lines. The semi-automatic quick coupling X3 is available for quickly changing attachments. Examples of attachments include: excavator bucket, dredge pump, mulcher, and mowing bars (DoroCutter).
The operation of the Doro-Digger is controlled using the same joysticks as those in the T50. All functions are adjustable according to the operator’s preferences for speed or force.
The Doro mulcher (flail mower) efficiently reduces young plant and bush growth up to a diameter of 25 mm, after which they no longer need to be collected.
During harsh weather conditions, this option makes it more comfortable to continue working. This diesel-powered heater provides warm air, especially at the foot area and along the entire front of the body. This is clearly visible in the thermal image here. A windscreen is placed around the heater to trap the heat, with hinged side doors featuring a magnetic closure. This creates a windproof cabin. The heater's variable control is located to the right of the driver’s seat.
Additionally, a double fan provides cooling on warm days (option).
A radio with two speakers and a waterproof housing with a cover (photo on the right) is mounted to the left of the driver. Bluetooth allows the user to select their favorite music from a mobile phone.
An additional fuse box for our Solver attachments is mounted to the left of the driver’s seat in a waterproof holder. The fuse box features an LED fuse control.
Three extra USB ports allow for the charging of multiple devices, such as mobile phones.
Under the engine cover, two switchable and rotatable LED work lamps are essential for quickly and safely performing any maintenance work.
Two ball valves on the front lift and parallel cylinders allow the attachment’s position (e.g., front mower) to be locked during transport.
A LED warning light mounted on a height-adjustable support alerts bystanders to the ongoing work.
An approved fire extinguisher is also mounted with a bracket on the machine, ensuring immediate action can be taken in case of fire.
Our three-step step ladder makes boarding the Truxor significantly easier and safer. The handrail provides support, and after use, the step folds away.
Wellink has developed a solution to make the side mower easier to operate from the driver’s seat using the standard joystick. This is achieved through a 6/2 valve switching. An additional button on the joystick allows for raising the front mower or the side mower. A fast and safe way to operate lifting functions without leaving the operator's seat, which was previously not possible. This also makes the work more efficient; both the front and side mowers can be used simultaneously.
Two 12-volt fuel pump connections, on the left and right, allow fuel to be drawn from diesel cans, making refueling easy and convenient.
This connection ensures that the side mower and hydraulic rotator can be used simultaneously when working with both front and side mowers, and all functions remain operable.
A bypass filter acts as a fine filter alongside the standard filter. It can filter finer particles and condensation out of (bio-)oil, preventing damage to the hydraulic components.
This specially adapted trailer for Truxor transport is equipped with a base plate with guide rails and a ramp to facilitate safe loading. The trailer includes four tie-down straps to securely fasten the Truxor to the designated points. The hydraulic tipping function makes loading and unloading the Truxor quick and safe.
Standard Equipment: Hydraulic tipping function, continuous perforated steel ramp with a width of 2.25 m, with spring mechanism, guide rails on the trailer floor.
Two essential options for the trailer: an approved coupling lock and two parking wedges contribute to safe parking.
